i am a LIC Agent for past 3 years and the number of policies i did only reaches the targets but i want more than that , i want to be more more and more sucessful in this sector and i do find any kind of help and tips in it, so please concern person guide me up, help me out. do proper telly calling, in sales line if you call 100 person with proper contact then sure 5 to 6 Listen you with interest and it definitely you create minimum two case per day, so if you appoint two telly callings and give them salary according to profit or on commission base then definitely it increase business,

Ask for referrals! Write your current customers a letter and ask them to refer their friends, family & neighbors.

Ask for referrals at every sale. Your customers will NEVER like you more than at the minute they sign with you, get in the habit!

Put together a short (1 or 2 page) presentation, buy some chocolate and go cold-calling. Drop off presentation and the treats.

To grow a life insurance business you need to see more people and show them they have a need for your products. The problem is people like to buy things they want and are not excited about things they need. Tickets to a movie = want. Life insurance = need. Anyway, introduce yourself to several tax advisors, real estate agents, mortgage brokers. Explain what you do and show them that you can add value to their service. Also get listed in the insurance directories.

friend even i can sugget you the way which may not sound cool but it really work's .................

i dont know you and how you look but when you are working as agent then you should
have a good prentable pesonility which will definately help to develop communication.


for your business you need to have client back up.....
for that you need to have good pesonel contact by being a scoially responible
citizen,

more over to it you should attend parties business and family attend various
seminar's which will help you to buil conact's ......

and the biggest part is followup to them from time to time pay visit to them
rememember them at various function's etc ........

Keep target over the tax payers & software peoples, as they do it during the time of returning tax.

Similarly u can target students, who usually don't have one, and advice & insist their parents for that.

You have to do lot of field work.
