Not Muslim, but politely butting in.

What sacrifices have YOU done for your fellow man? Have you helped the homeless etc? Why don't you follow the WAYS of Christ?

Sacrifice and suffering are really only major tenets of the Christian religion. The Prophet didn't have an easy life, but Islam doesn't require a "sacrifice" to "save" its followers, so your question is kind of biased (and uninformed).

God asked him if he want to help humanity and he choose to help it, God put the responsibility in his shoulder and he told him whenever you want to quite he can......and one day when he was dying, good informs him that if he choose to die then he will feel pain like any other normal human, but you know what he said he said : "God make me feel more death-pain, but let my people when they die...die in piece" and that's exactly what makes him the most powerful human ever, he taught his people to believe in every other prophet and religion he taught them that all people are the same, no one is better than any other we are all humans, whatever our color was our language our nationality, we are all the same, and god can only know who is the best, he taught his people not to fight unless they have been attached, he taught his people to treat Christians and Jews as their brothers in humanity, he taught them all things that good for them like not to drink so they want hurt their health, not to steal, help others, work hard, never prjudice, be friendly -- smile, welocme--, treat womans equally like men, be honest, tell the truth, keep clean so angels would surrond you, trut others, be happy, never give up, ans be genourus, treat animals well, don't waste food, don't offend any one, stay in peace, and the first word in quran came to be "learn"..... and in arabic islam means..."peace" it's the religion of peace....you see islam that God made Mohammad teach isn't just a religion it's a way to live and by the way many other things is simmlier in bible too, cause Mohammad came and say Jesus was one of my fathers and he just came to guide the humanity....

God bless him....he is the best human ever

The major sacrifices of Muhammad pbuh that has been done for all muslims are :
1)His life soul and wealth for 22 years and 2 months and 22 days was devoted for receiving the revelations from Allah the only one god in completing the last life guide that is called holy Qur'an. and spreading out by peace in the name of Allah.
2)His life was used for spread out islamic teaching in the
communities with paganism and opposed and attacked him which dangered his own life because they did not want a new religion. He was often tried to be killed by the Quraish infidels. So he and his loyal followers moved to Medinaa after tried delivering islamic teaching for 10 years in Mecca and its surrounding.
3) In Medinaa Muhammad pbuh with his followers Muhajirin and Anshar was often attacked by the Quraish infidels and the Jews and Christians who opposed them
4)Muhammad pbuh has given us a best example for a good husband to his wives and children,a good head of state and a good teacher and a good imam or head of islamic religion
So his names is always spoken in our praying everyday at least 5 times a day.The islamic influence spread out not only in middle east countries but also to Spain in Europe and to every place in this world included China..So Muhammad pbuh is selected as the most influential person in this world by a western writer.

hmmm he sacrificed many non muslims, robbed them, raped their wives, buchered their children, sacrificed children to his lust as in the 6 year old he married in his fifties..... many have been sacrificed to the death cult of islam.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

yah, muhammad is in the bible.......

this one best describes him....... and evil islam
Matthew 7:15 (Whole Chapter)
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Matthew 24:11 (Whole Chapter)
And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

Matthew 24:24 (Whole Chapter)
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Mark 13:22 (Whole Chapter)
For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

Luke 6:26 (Whole Chapter)
Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.

2 Peter 2:1 (Whole Chapter)
But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

1 John 4:1 (Whole Chapter)
Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

If you think God would allow anyone to mess with the prophets life you are sadly mistaken............he gave us Islam and that in itself was a sacrifice because a lot of people were against him.

Isn't handling a whole world, with all it's threats and challenges, to spread the word of God enough?

He was a very great man, and even those who didn't believe in him knew it.

I think that's fair enough for me.

Peace.

A better grammar is always better!
BUT ...
well, He has so many sacrifices that UNTIL NOW they still run.
for example, His name is scarified to be put in some stupid offending cartoons. That itself is a sacrifice!
If you really wanna know the historical ones, try reading the Quran.

1- He sacrified 900 Jews (Banu Korayza)
2- He sacrified the lives of many villages that he raided
3- He sacrified the lives of all poets he assassinated

Is not that enough????

He was the last prophet who gave us the Quran, which is devoid of mistakes. The last word of God. He went through a terrible time, but managed to pull through while being true to his faith.
