whats the hard thing on the bottom of soy milk? when i pour out into a glass and finish drinking, theres something these residue on the bottom that is white and feels like hardened plaster. they're pretty small, 0.5mm maximum. what is it? calcium carbonate? or something else?

well you're supposed to SHAKE IT each time b4 you use it........ its just soy build up

I never finish the carton of SOY.
The remainder I pour onto my outside plants - I discovered the stuff makes my plants turn a healthier color.

Any hard residue would mean that u need a colder fridge.
If U take SOY and pour it into a dish and leave it out in the sun for 1/2 the day - when U go to clean the bowl - U will find a harden plaster on the bottom which makes it hard to clean up. Sort of like when U lv. plates in the sink for weeks and don't clean them up. Yah gonna get something stuck on it.

Those are the same soy beans after is blend, it just go to the bottle of the glass. like the horchata that is made with rice.
