I Live in Naples Florida he has flight Experience and Flight hours clocked in.

How can he become a certified pilot? Who can help me get a job at the airport in order to earn credit towards more hours?

The only person who can help you get a job at the airport is yourself. Go to the FBO and get an application. Fill it out. (Try not to make any spelling mistakes.) Give it back to them. Hope that they call you in for an interview. Dress nicely. Be polite to the interviewer. Accept their job offer. Then work your butt off and don't be lazy. As the bosses see how hard a worker you are, they will help you get flight time.

by "he" you must mean you... and if by "clocked in" you mean logged in an actual log book, you can get a job anywhere, save the money and put it toward flight lessons... I have been to Naples many times, on vacation, but its a nice airport they have, assuming you will train at APF... but you just need to talk to an insructor, I have a tough time believing that you actually have hours if you dont know the basics for getting a private pilots license...

Your question is spatially disorientating.

I am, like, in a fog, trying to figure out your question.
