If you are serious, then some of the answers here are so mean. I am also from Philippines, we're part of the "third world country" Our economy is very poor. I understand why people is dying to go abroad and get out of this country. If you only knew how corrupt our government is. Anyway, good luck, hope you could find a good heart and if not, still try your best in your own land.

It's great that u want to continue your education- but I don't think any one is willing to "adopt" a 16 yr. old, look into foreign exchange student programs, where you come to the USA to see what we live like and our educational system is like and an American goes to your country to do the same thing! That would be my opinion on how to do this!

put in for a school transfer an a dorm in a college. nobody will adopt u or jus wait till ur alil older an get an education visa

Are you looking to go to USA cos I am in UK. What happens here is that social services would place you in foster care and finance it!! We have many many Polish children here...but you have to get here first. Good luck though-check out websites about foreign student hosting too
