Got once i stay under the sun for less than 5 minutes, then after that i went into my house, and then, a few hours later, i found that i had sunburn... So is it because that i seldom stay under the sun or is the sun that day was too hot? Because i seldom stay under the sun... So now i'm kinda pale...

it's hereditary, and you can't change it. i'm the same way. just wear an spf 30 or higher sunblock, waterproof if you're going to be sweating or in the water. if you are prone to acne, u can use a different type, water based for sensitive skin, for your face. btw, i once asked my dermatologist what the best sunblock was. he said a roof.

Well if it's unavoidable for you to be outside for more than 5 minutes at a time, I would recommend you go to a tanning salon. There you can control the tan you get. They will be able to recommend a sunblock that will work for you. But as someone else said, stay indoors, you can get skin cancer by being in the sun too much. Especially if you have sensitive skin.

i'l advise you to use sunblock with spf 15.it will help you protect your skin. also try to limit your sun exposure at around 11am-3pm. goodluck

You must have some really sensitive skin, just wear sunblock.

For us redheads (redbeard in my case) it doesn't take much to get burnt.

you should use Aveeno sunscreen whenever u go outside
