Hi there,

I totally recommend the Kimkins diet. It's kind of like the atkins diet but way healthier. You keep your carbs and fat to a minimum. I started the diet at the end of last August and within 2 months, I had lost 35 pounds. I did not do any exercise the entire time. (I do now because I feel so much better). There is a website that will show you everything you need to know. This website also has an awesome forum of very supportive people to help you. Even the woman who came up with the diet is on the website all the time to help and give advice. Here is the link if you are interested. http://www.kimkins.com?a_aid=0345e923...

Good luck with your search.

Reduce your calorie intake.... to about 1300 calories, with taking Relacore... I've started this diet and have done no other exercise other than chasing my kids, and have lost 4 lbs in the last week. Reducing calories means looking at EVERYTHING thing you eat, and measure it out according to the serving size on the box, bag, or can of everything you eat... and total it to match 1300 calories for a whole day. This helps alot.

Get sick. When you are sick, you do not have the appetite so you will not eat. The thought of food will make you even sicker, like you want to barf. Ergo, you will get thin.
The other way is to get a very active job, such as a mailman or a bicycle courier. Lol.

eat more proteins in small meals - watch calories - sleep early and long (at least 8hr) - and know what you are eating - read labels - do not waste your money on diet pills since they would not be much of a help without any exercise
