Initially, I thought - what a ridiculous question. Then I thought about what an unbelievable mess Tony Blair has made of the job and thought "What the hell!" No-one could possibly be worse. So yeah, let's give our Noel a go! Then I'll have a turn. Then maybe Basil Brush. They'd all be an improvement.
