The most famous glass jaw of recent memory is Roy Jones Jr., and Thomas Hearns had a questionable chin as well. It is almost impossible to be successful at boxing's higher levels without a chin, it's difficult to get famous when your flat on your back staring up at the lights.

The most famous would have to be Floyd Patterson. How he ever gained the World Title still amases me. But that turtle defense of his made a lot of fighters miss, with that style he was hard to hit most of the time. He lost that title via a 1st round KO to Ingemar Johanson.
