i am looking for a good biking book which have training tips and another information on biking as a beginner and from where i can get it ..plz post your answers based on a personal experience not internet research

As a beginner cyclist myself, I thought Chris Carmichael's book "The Ultimate Ride" really helped me put together a training plan. He explains the concepts of periodization well. I noticed gains my first year applying the things I learned from the book. He also has great tips on fitting your bike, and handling your bike.

Depends on what type of riding you'll be doing.
For mountain biking, both Ned Overend's "Mountain Bike Like a Champion" and Brian Lopes' "Mastering Mountain Bike Skills" are excellent.
