So! Just because he's growing his hair out that's not going to be an influence on his driving and winning races. Yes, he's up in the standings this early on in the season. Good for him. But I don't think him growing out his hair has a thing to do about it.

yup.. looks good too. Jeff seems to be back to where he was a few years ago. he is hungry for another championship... and for commentaters like Marty Smith and a few others who seem to think he won't be in the top 10 this year... I would put money on it that he is. He could win too.

I think that this has been a really good year for him and wiht everything thats been going on I think that he has a real shot at winning the championship. I always knew that he would have a great season this year..

Yes, I have noticed! You're right it does remind me of him back in the day. Now that you mention it this could be a great thing. He sure is off to a great start this year. I'm pretty sure Ingrid likes the look, too!

His probably trying to grow out a mullet like he had when he won his championships. He probably thinks it will be good luck. But in the end of the season, he will still only have 4 championships, and he will just look like the stupid redneck wannabe that he is.

I did notice that I started to wonder if there is a TV/Movie connection or if he is just trying to get into a mullet or something. Whatever it is, his season is looking pretty good.

Just a superstition.As long as a driver runs good and is having luck he will not change something,for Gordon it's his hair.I remember him as a Busch driver(and a rookie cup driver) with that cheesy mustache.
