Don't want to sound mean, but so far I'd say krista is the only one who's correct.
Generally even when you are speaking in a foreign language you don't 'correct' another person's name just to suit the new one. It's possible that you might offend the person because often they have pride in the origin of their name. However, it's also perfectly fine if you want to know how you'd be named if you were born in another country. :D
Anyways, keep these statements in mind:
Enrique and Enrico, although popular names, are not the Spanish versions of the name Eric. Rather, they are the Spanish counterparts of the name HENRY. It may seem far off, but it becomes more obvious when you see that the Portuguese version of Henry is still spelled with the H. Henrique.
I'm pretty sure it's just 'Eric' in Spanish. Keep in mind that the name Eric is of Scandinavian origin, so it's not like there has to be a Spanish equivalent.
However, I have seen a Portuguese equivalent, but I don't know if it's used in the Spanish speaking world. The name is Érico. That'd be pronounced EH-ree-ku in Portuguese but EH-ree-koh in Spanish.

Here in Argentina we use the name Erica for women, but there isn't any equivalent for men. It isn't Enrique, because its equivalent in English is Henry.
