find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

5' 5" and 132# is not so bad a height to weight ratio. To lose weight, you need to evaluate only two things, the number of calories you ingest and the number of calories you burn, If your burn more than you ingest, on a daily basis over a relatively long period of time, weeks to months, you will lose weight as the body uses stored fats to make up the difference. It is a matter of diet and exercise and achieving a balance between the two. There is no magic bullet, nothing which will make you lose weight rapidly over the long term. Short term, there are dietary supplements, but they make you lose water weight and that is NOT long term. In general, eat less and exercise more. Make the ingested calories no matter what they are. fats, carbohydrates or protien, less than what you burn simply by living and doing some form of exercise and you will lose weight. It is as simple and as complicated as that. Burn more than you consume and your body will burn fat off to maintain the energy balance and you will lose weight. Consult a doctor and a nutritionist for guidance on the exact ways and means to accomplish this burn more than you ingest regimen.

Depends on whether you excercise. Get undressed and look at yourself in the mirror. Where do you think that you need to lose the weight? Seek out a personal trainer to target your problem areas. Getting to 120 at your height might be out of your range.

Judging by your height and weight, you really don't need to lose any pounds. However, medical standards are not to go below 1,200 calories per day while dieting.
