Wow.

I have a problem with my blood sugar. Used to have a sick headache in the same area of my head/neck every other day or so. Tired most of the time as well.

I recenlty went on a raw vegan diet. After the first seven days, I felt great. No more headaches, no more pimples and acne breakouts, many problems got better or went away altogether. i also lost weight and had more energy and clearer head, better atitude, good mental outlook.

Unfortunately I went off the diet after about a month. The bad stuff is now coming back.

Here is a testimonial from a person who had similar problems to yours, and became healthy on a raw vegan diet. You should really read it:

You don't need to buy a book, video, cd, or anything else special to go on this diet. All you need to buy is food from the produce section of the supermarket. If you don't like the taste of raw fruits and vegetables, you can always buy a juicer, juice the stuff, hold your nose and drink it immediately upon juiceing it so it is still fresh and the enzymes are still 'alive'.

On this diet, you may eat ONLY the following: Fruits, vegetables, and their FRESH juices. Nuts and seeds that you shell yourself (this guarantees that you know that no high heat was used to de-shell the nuts and seeds). Sprouted legumes, and the juice from the sprouts of grains (such as wheatgrass). Everything should be completely RAW.

You may not have any sugar, sugar substitutes (not any at all, not even splenda), anything jarred, canned, or dehydrated, anything that comes from an animal (eggs, dairy, etc.).

I know from experience that this diet works. You can eat a little boiled rice each day for the first 10 days or so to help you make the transition smoothly. This can help keep you from being unnecessarily uncomfortable with detoxing symptoms (headache, nausea, fever, etc.). But after the first ten days or so, you should go 100% raw. If you can stay on the diet for one month, you will not regret it.

Also, allergies are usually caused by a dirty/clogged liver. Liver gets that way from bad diet and parasites. Parasites are probably more common in humans (even in America and UK) than in dogs. You can do parasites cleanse and then liver cleanse. you must do many liver cleanses before allergies will go away. Please research this thoroughly on the forums at http://www.curezone.com before cleansing.

Try and OTC Clartin......with age people can get allergies. I hate a lot of perfumes and in my early twenties I loved them. I also had terrible headaches and running nose. I also get that way when wood is burning...like at campfire or if someone is heating their house that way. Clartin did wonders for me. If that doesn't help make and appointment with a doctor that specializes in allergies. Best of luck to you! Take Care.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

Well, I have acid reflux. I do not normally have extensive sinus trouble, however for a substantial period of time, I did not treat my reflux. During that time, I had LOTS of sinus trouble. My doctor told me it is because I was not treating my reflux. Some people describe reflux as being similar to heartburn. I, however, do not experience anything similar to heartburn. I feel a "presence" in my throat, and constantly feel the need to cough. Im not sure if you have this. but I had to mention it.... just incase it is a possibility. Goodluck to you!!!

Sounds as if you have a severe sinus infection which can cause all the symptoms you described, you need antibiotics

Did they check your blood pressure?

If you have high blood pressure, it is usually marked by intense headaches every day.
