Diet an excersize are the only things you should do. Find a good gym and get a trainer. It will help motivate you. Also try different types of excersize from dance to kick boxing or a pick up basketball game to running. It will make working out more enjoyable. Also eliminate snacking. If you do want to snack choose things like fuits or a power bar. Stop eatting after 10 o'clock at night, that is when your metabolism slows down. If you do need to eat at night eat low fat/ sodium saltines they fill u up and are like 3 cals each. Eat 5 smaller meals a day rather than 3 larger. Make sure your meals are well balance. Always think, I was born with a healthy body and should not take it for granted. That will help keep you from sitting around or stuffing you face!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

You can easily get to 120 lbs by just not eating after 6pm and drinking a lot(!!!) of water through the day. May be not easy to do, but it works if you strong enough to keep it this way every day. It will not work if you do it skipping some days and eating after 6 pm, then it's much harder to lose weight. Good luck baby! :-)

There really isn't anything else. Diet pills don't work, so you'll have to go with diet and exercise. At least just exercise. And 110 is pretty skinny for someone of your height, don't you think?

Drink water!!! In a month, I lost 10 lbs from just drinking water. No caffeine, sodas, or even flavored water. It sucks the 1st week and I got bad headaches from caffeine withdrawls but it got better and it really worked. After that, you really won't like soda much anymore! Good Luck!

Drink LOTS of water!! If you can (hoodia-herbal appetite suppressant) Works great tricking your body into thinking its full. **DRINK WATER "IMPORTANT"** This also will make you less hungry especially before you eat any meal. Do not starve yourself because the body will go into survival mode and you will not make any progress. You just have to consume less calories than you burn. Hope this helps some.
