During the first couple of weeks of a cat's pregnancy, she will look and behave normally. It takes three weeks before cat pregnancy signs become visible...
1. In 3 weeks her nipples will become pink. This is most visible if it's the first time the queen is pregnant. From that moment it will take six weeks before the kittens arrive.
2. A pregnant cat will sleep more and will not be interested in male cats.
3. Heat cycles stop and the cat becomes more loving. If your cat is used to walk outside, she will voluntarily spend more time at home during feline gestation.
4. During pregnancy a cat will gain weight. But it lasts until the fifth week before this becomes visible.
5. After six weeks her nipples will also grow considerably. From then on they are filled with milk.
6. Your cat will want to eat more and more. This is good. Give her enough (her regular food mixed with kitten food), but don't overfeed her. A few days before birth, her appetite will decrease again.

If your cat has not been fixed, then she obviously has been whinning when she comes in heat.
If the whinning stops and she starts to get larger after a period of time or moody then she may be pregnant...

you will know! The best way is if she has not gone in heat over the last month or so... there is a good chance. Also she will begin to put on weight and be a little more sluggish.

Yes, if she is getting larger and if her nipples are getting larger and turning pink. Thats about the only signs. Which is not alot of help sometimes.

Check to see if her teets are swollen. Thats a sure sign she's having kittens. Also, if her behavior is different from how she normally acts.
