I'm only 16 years old and i think drugs are boring and i think people who go to parties are boring i mean whats so fun about going to party, getting drunk and either getting the cops called on you, or raped[girls] and fights and etc. i mean i think i could think of better things to do.

I'm not saying it's not fun but what do you think my friends tells me i'm boring because i don't go to parties with her[lol] i just don't think it's all that fun.

Drugs&Drinking[i'll drink socially when i'm with friends], just not everyweekend.

what do you think, you agree is someone boring because they choose not to go to party and getting drunk and forgetting things the next day.

Maybe it's because my dad is an drunk and i hate things that invovle people drinking and being stupid.

I don't have any drunks in my family and I still don't like parties, never have, even when I was a teenager/student. I also like to get together with just one friend, or a few, and talk, but the big parties with people getting drunk and obnoxious, and music so loud you can't talk to your friends? No way... nothing wrong with not liking such parties, perfectly understandable, especially if you have bad experiences through your dad but even without that... these things aren't for everyone. Do other things with your friends that you do enjoy!

I never went to a party in highschool. I had more important things like graduating and getting into college to think about. There will be plenty of opportunities for partying when you're older and you can drink legally. Besides, drinking really isn't that great when you get older. My fiance used to drink all the time and now that he's a little older it just doesn't interest him much anymore.

Good for you, pal. Drinking and drugging are not really necessary. You can use that time in much more productive ways. Learn to play a musical instrument, learn a new language. As long as you're keeping your mind clear of all that junk, enjoy using it.

Have fun!

Well, you are correct. Nothing good ever comes from those things. It is just plain ignorant. I would rather stay home than to waste my time or money or reputation or health doing that.

Stay above the influence ; not under it. They'll end up the losers with a variety of health, emotional.psychological and financial problems while you are enjoying your success.
