Okay, so... This summer, I'm going swimming with my whole grade at school. I have a slim body and all that, but when it comes to my thighs, I get a little worried. I can never wear shorts, not like I used to in 3rd and 4th grade. I also need to lose some weight on my entire body. I'm becoming very lazy now days, and I need to get off my butt and excercize. But I live on the third floor of an apartment. I can't have anything that involves jumping up and down. I don't have time to jog or walk outside, since I'm very busy with work and such. Is there an easy excercize I can do at home? I also have a good diet. I never eat anything past 6:00 P.M.

I've heard walking up and down the stairs are good... Just the problem is that the stairs are wooden and they creak very loudly. Oo';; So, I guess that's off the list. But thanks for suggesting!! xDD

umm i know how you feel i love my waist and up but my buut is huge and my thighs and calves anre terible

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

How about going up and down the stairs 10 extra times per day. You can increase your speed and / or the number of times you do this daily. This would be great exercise for your legs and rear. Take care.

You can park your car away from your workstation 15 km and walking to office evryday or you try to stand up working instead always sat on the seats.This is because walking and stand up execises is the best for lose weight at same time , its help to lose your tension in work.
