Okay, so... This summer, I'm going swimming with my whole grade at school. I have a slim body and all that, but when it comes to my thighs, I get a little worried. I can never wear shorts, not like I used to in 3rd and 4th grade. I also need to lose some weight on my entire body. I'm becoming very lazy now days, and I need to get off my butt and excercize. But I live on the third floor of an apartment. I can't have anything that involves jumping up and down. I don't have time to jog or walk outside, since I'm very busy with work and such. Is there an easy excercize I can do at home? I also have a good diet. I never eat anything past 6:00 P.M.

I've heard walking up and down the stairs are good... Just the problem is that the stairs are wooden and they creak very loudly. Oo';; So, I guess that's off the list. But thanks for suggesting!! xDD
