Hey, i really admire the artistic aspect of your logo but I'll be critical in regards to the advertising aspect of it.
First, the reversed one with red color on-s looks pretty much like NO. Second, the circle with all that lines looks messy. Third, "zero" in cityzero which is otherwise very cool name in association with NO-s and the messy circle implies for something very "low" in all these cities like quality, trust, everything.
The way i see it, you can replace the messy circle with Globe sketch (One Planet) http://www.learner.org/jnorth/images/graphics/f-g/globe.gif
like that one but done on a computer with less parallels/meridians. Also, the slogan One Planet - One City really does not have to be reversed. The name stays the same and looks cool.

Perhaps think about "jazzing" up the city listings. The font style is a bit plain and the blue is a bit too loud. Otherwise, it looks ok. Good luck!
