#1 isn't a commandment, it's a preliminary declaration.
What happened to:
"You shall not covet your neighbor's property"?
Get rid of #1 (or combine 1 & 2) jacking the rest of them up a notch and add my addition as #10 and I think you've got it.

I'd say that your god broke the first one, as worded in your list, because he's not mine.
I guess that if these were real rules, that I don't follow the next three.
The rest are things that I keep as part of my morals, but not because some guy came down from a mountain with these on rocks. They actually predate the carved stones, and exist in cultures that have no Moses.

All but three: I do not have any other God before Him, I have not murdered, and I do not covet my neighbors wife. I am guilty on all the rest at one time or another.
