How can i lose 8 pounds in one month?

Stay away from fast foods, junk foods, sodas, candies and other sweets. Eat 4-6 small healthy meals--don't forget about fruits and veggies! Watch your portions and watch your calorie intake.
Drink water! Lots of water each day!
And, of course, exercise! Walk, run, play a sport, dance around your house, swim--anything! Just get moving!!

8 lbs in one month can be done! 1-2 pounds per week is considered a healthy weight loss. Keep a positive attitude and be patient.

Eat small portions of food several times a day instead of a few large meals 3 times a day. Drink lots of water. Sleep 8 hours a night. Exercise daily. Even if it is just 20-30 mins a day.

Eat 6 small but balanced meals per day. Your carbs should be high in fiber and your proteins should be lean. Fats should be sparing but concentrated in the omega 3's and omega 6's. Avoid greasy foods, alcohol, and candy.

Lift weights because the slight increase in your lean mass will burn extra calories 24 hours per day. This will increase your resting metabolic rate.

Use a measuring tape instead of a scale to measure your progress because it is more accurate than the scale.

I might advocate difficult your self. If you will have plenty of time to your palms, use it productively! What excites you? What have you ever continually desired to do however on no account had the time to? A scrapbook? Sew some thing? Write a penpal? Time is priceless, are living every day love it's your final.

try staying away from breads and cakes ane ice cream try eating eggs for protein beans are good too lots of water 8 or 10 glasses lots of fruits and salad natural juices, good luck in your diet.

Exercise daily, drink plenty of water, and avoid salt! Also eat plenty of lean meats such as turkey and fish and plenty of fruits and veggies. Hope this helps!
