Yes, It is totally normal after a good workout. I usually eat a piece of fruit or I get these little individual cups of ready to eat tuna ( some are even flavored). Just keep it light. You should eat between 30-60 minutes after you work out to avoid overeating later. If you just ignore it you will just want to binge on carbs later, and thereby undermine all the work you just did.

Sure, you just used a lot of energy so your body craves more. This is the best time to have a snack because your metabolism is higher then usual, you'll burn the calories like (snap) that. Eat something healthy with protein.
