i have all the standard microsoft such as powerpoint, words etc... and all of them is 2002. so is there a problem if i install the microsoft frontpage 2000 ( if i can install it)

You shouldn't have any problem. I'm running Windows XP Media Center with Microsoft Office XP and Frontpage 2000.

You certainly can. I do it all the time!
On both my work and home computers, I have Windows XP and Office 2003. FrontPage 2000 works fine at both places. You should have no problem at all, so go for it!

Should be o.k. Windows is downward mobile.
I have XP and am using Publisher 2000.
