Several great answers. I appreciate noting evidential scripture to support your case. For those who choose only one... careful, the other scriptures will appear contradictory.
Suspendor - Interesting point-of-view. I appreciate your lateral thinking. :)

I believe Jesus gave credit for that to the Father, although since they are both 'God', He could equally claim to have raised Himself. And the Holy Spirit as God was equally involved. As you mentioned in your details. People have a difficult time understanding the relationship God has with Himself. This is partly because human language is limited in its capabilities. Perhaps it's easiest to consider it a command decision by the Godhead.

Scripture is incomplete. Jesus had help from others like him, not Jehova. Jehova is a god but no more than you or I. He and his kind had advanced technology that would make them appear as gods to us way back then. Jesus was and is not the only one to realize his Christhood. That was not the first time he resurected his body. But the ordeal with the cross left his body severly damaged. Every one of us has a Christ of our own. Jesus was trying to tell people that all could be like him. Time and lyers have destroyed his messages. Also jesus spoke in metaphors to try to get through to the people. Jesus himself tells you in the bible that you are god and backs it up by telling of the same thing in Psalms. They tried to stone him for blasphemy even though the old testament says "Ye are Gods!!!!" Psalm 82:6 then look at John 10:34. Think for yourself. BE the Shepard, not the sheep.

God raised Him up, loosing the bond of death as He could not be held by it (Acts 2:24)

God raised Jesus from the dead. I believe that Jesus was not God, He was God's son who proclaimed that His Father was more great than He. I believe that Jesus was truly the saviour of mankind, sent to Earth to redeem His people, but He never claims to be God in fact he makes references to His Father, His Father's Kingdom and His Father's house.

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. - Rom 10:9

Three in one, and one in three, and the one in the middle died for me. Since Jesus claimed the ability to raise himself from the dead while he was in the flesh, I would conclude that it was a three-in-one effort.
