You are certainly not the only one. Burger King must know that they cross the line quite a bit because they do not have
e-mail available for customers- or non-customers as we are now.

If you think that the commercial is disturbing you should try watching a few of the cartoons. There are numerous ones where spongebob square pants looses his pants. The cartoon is vulgar and is annoying to say the least. My suggestion is to not let any child that can not readily understand right and wrong to watch it. At the same time it is not appropriate veiwing material for small children/ toddlers. Children tend to imitate what they see and what they like on t.v.

Well, Spongebob is not known for his tact, my son watches spongebob, and there are several of the episodes that I do not let him watch because of the nature of the content. So I do agree with you, but Burger King if you tried to fight it might would throw it back in your face. On Spongebob there are questionable words, not dirty just not appropriate words that I do not want my son repeating but I try to monitor which episodes he watchs for that matter.
Again, I agree with you, Burger King should know better, but what can you do?

To tell the truth, In my opinion spongebob isn't that great of a cartoon for younger kids anyways. I think that it is meant for a little bit older kids. My niece is 2 and I do not allow her to watch it at all. She wouldn't know who it was, if he was on our tv

Everything is relative.
50 years ago, there were child actors selling cigarettes on TV !
100 years ago, companies advertised special cigarettes to "cure" asthma!
In Europe, naked, topless women sell soap and perfume during prime time television.

never seen that one but it would upset me. try writing up a letter stating you why you think it is inapropriate and get other people to sign it (try to get atleast 100 people) then send it to BK's main office.
