Deuteronomy 18:10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth DIVINATION, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.
18:11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with FAMILIAR SPIRITS, or a wizard, or a NECROMANCER.

Jesus prophesied about what was to come. From the eyes of an observer this would be considered Psychic and use of divination. Jesus talked with God AND Satan so he was consulting with familiar spirits. Jesus also raised people from the dead which would be considered Necromancy. So by the above verses, Jesus broke the laws of Moses, so any miracle worker, prophet, etc. would be in violation of these laws by the eyes of an observer.

"Later Christian writers rejected the idea that humans could bring back the spirits of the dead, and interpreted such shades as disguised demons, thus conflating necromancy with demon-summoning. This conflation seems to be a flagrant misread of the biblical texts. In the Hebraic mindset, the dead could be called to speak to the living."-Wikpedia about Necromancy

with this said, Jesus who was in a human body would have been said to be a necromancer for bringing a spirit back from the dead.

He was also said to have walked on water and turned water into wine, both of which seem like magic to me.

Jesus was more like a Shaman than a Wizard. Jesus was a prophet and prophets do not use things like tea leaves or crystal balls, so what he did is not divination. A familiar spirit is not God or Satan. And raising someone from the dead is not quite the same as Necromancy. Necromancy is using (by force) the dead spirit for your own selfish need. Giving someone back their life is a totally different thing. Now it does appear that Jesus had some of the powers of a Wizard. But was He a Wizard? A wizard draws on the powers of nature without asking permission and without acknowledging that the source of that power is God. Jesus asked and acknowledged that the power came from God. Even if He said 'the father and I are one'. So to answer your question, no, Jesus did not break the laws of Moses or the laws of God.

First, prophecy of what is to come is only divination or psychic if its source is not found in God. A familiar spirit, if you simply look at the root of the word, derives from the word family, hence a spirit which is acquainted with you very well. While it may be argued that God is "familiar" with you, this is not the sense in which the word is intended. This is refering to the practice of such things as seances. Further, the "talk" Jesus had with Satan was to supress and thwart his work. Lastly, necromancy refers to consulting the dead, not raising them. Your questions seem to be legitimate, but I wonder if you are simply casting about to pick a fight. Why might that be?

This proves Jesus was God, because God is Spirit. The laws of Moses were the laws of God and God and Jesus are One. What God does is far superior to any little no count witchcraft practice so no Jesus didn't practice witchcraft. Jesus is God and He knew what is coming in the future. Jesus did more than talk to the dead, Jesus resurrected the dead to life. What Jesus did is far superior to what you are talking about.

Yep, Jesus is a bit hypocritical. Isn't he the one that turned water into wine? That's not a "miricle". that's Magick. Sorry Jesus, you're a fake :]

And Magick and Paranormal, DO in fact exist.

If the bible were an account of historical events then Jesus would be a magician because magick and the paranormal don't exist.

Witchcraft? No. But there was no Christianity before him, he was on uncharted territory. He was accused of blasphemy. By the eyes of an observer, at the time, yes.
