you have a short in your wiring and that can be expensive to fix because of the time that it sometimes takes,so best of luck

The radio, if factory is probably just plain history.... check to see if one of the fuses is missing/blown that powers the radio..

I agree with the other poster..sounds like a turn signal switch especially if it passes the 3rd brake light test

No brake lights, but yes turn signal? Or no to either?

How about the third brakelight?

If third brakelight works and no turn signal or brake lights, it's probably the turn signal / hazard module in the steering column. About $150 or so.

probably a bad wire, between the cpu, and the rear of the car.
