Shalom is written with vowels שָׁלוֹם

This vowel [אָ] is called "kamatz", and this [אַ] is called "patach".
The dot above the Vav [וֹ] is called "cholam" (or to be exact: "cholam male", as it stands with a Vav).

I think the T one. Not positive. You don't have to write the vowels normally.
