Acne on my upper chest nd back?

I just got these little red bumps on my upper chest nd back. Only a couple on my chest are noticeable, but i have to wear a dress tomorrow with spaghetti straps and i want them to go away! Any quick fixes?

If improvement with topical antibiotics starts to diminish, then the treatment should be temporarily discontinued. This will prevent a tolerance or resistance to the drug from developing.

I have the same acne problem. buy a astringent from a department store for 5 dollars and put it on your back and chest and in a couple days it should go away. in the mean time do not scratch or pop them becuz it will make then worse and you can cover them up with coverup. if they are red you also can be visine for EYES yes EYES on then. if it takes away redness in eyes it works for pimples.

You can use concealer to conceal them, but if you want to get rid of it quick, go invest in some acne topical medication, or if you can't get your hands on it at the moment, just use toothpaste :P, it will minimize the size of the red bump.

Pop them all tonight, then wash them immediately, and then they should be gone by tomorrow. I have the same problem, and that works for me all the time.

My fiancé uses glycerin soap. It seems to dry them up rather quickly.. and if you use it often... they stay away. You can also use topical acne treatments with the soap.
