All fruits and vegetables are good for us to eat. They supply the bulk of the vitamins and minerals our bodies need to function and stay healthy.
Grapes in particular have Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Fiber, Iron and carbohydrates.
Plus they taste good and 1.5 cups is only 60 calories!
