umm... im a 13 year old boy, 135 pounds, 5 feet and 4 inches
i think im a lil bit over average weight iono but my chest is the only thing that is making me look big. so is there any excersise out there that focuses on my chest or can reduce my chest size??

pushups,bench press,pec flies,and eating healthy.

lat pulls, military press (both for the shoulders) bar straight up over your head and pulled straight down either in front of your shoulders or behind your neck

butterfly-hands straight out to the sides, move hands til they are straight out in front of you

Working your upper abs help the chest as well

Probably the best exercise is holding a pushup position. Do your pushups but every few of them, hold the "up" position. it works nearly the whole body
