What is the natural way to just start holding hands with your boyfriend?

This will be our second date and we are going to see a movie. I want to be able to hold his hand, but how do I make him hold it, without saying anything or grabbing his, because that would be weird lol. Should I just kind of put my hand by his? Or what? I want him to make the first move, not me, so don't give me lectures about how if I really want it, I should be the first. Thanks in advance!

I know it could be hard somethimes but if you are watching a movie when you are sitting in the chairs you can just kind of put your hand on top of oyurs or kind of like hold his hand or just touch his hands to start off the other idea is when you are walking you can kind of put your hand next to his or kind of touch hands or somethimes it just comes naturally :)

There is nothing wrong with a woman making the first move. We like it... a lot. If you get the guts, grab his hand and don't let go. If you want a sly way to do it, wait until (or invent a situation where) he needs to help you up (out of a car or something). Once he has given you his hand don't let go.

When you are standing at the Popcorn Counter and he asks what you would like, just say "Oh let's see, I think I'll have..." and at the same time kind of slip your hand onto and around his elbow/arm while talking as if it were just a normal thing....

poke him in the palm with your index finger, he will get the hint. if not, he is too stupid to be with anyway. one of the best ways I found when I was a kid to start holding a girls hand was to go skating, when they would have a couple skate, it was a natural thing to take her hand and skate. people still do that, the smart ones anyway. once you get comfortable touching each other, things will come naturally.

lol. well... umm.. a few things to consider.
1- you can start with a handshake.. and just let your hand losely rest in his, he'll get the hint and keep your hand in his. then you can grab his arm (he will have already initiated this with keeping your hand in his.)
2- you can actually play "touchy-feely" with him during any given conversation... smack his shoulder lightly when he says a Joke or something.. you know what I mean?? the more you do it, the more he gets accustomed to being in physical contact with you.

you could do like my sister did to her boyfriend (they've been together five years now). they were out on a date one night and she leaned over toward him and whispered that he could hold her hand if he wanted to, that she would let him. he smiled at her and laughed and then started holding her hand
