Over my last spring break I visited some friends that had recently had a litter of pure bread Alaskan Huskies that they could not care for. Unfortunately i can not keep him. I know that these kinds of dogs love running and they love the outdoors. I know that huskies typically run dog sled races. I know he would make an excellent dog and even an excellent dog sledding dog. This is a lifestyle I know he would prefer. Dog sledding is in his blood, his grandfather ran the Iditarod. He is an extremely smart puppy and he learns very fast. With only being 8 weeks old he already comes to his name, sits and is for the most part potty trained. If you know of anyone looking for an Alaskan husky puppy that could efficiently care for him or maybe would like to train him to become a dog sledding dog please let me know. All I want is a good home for him.

You may want to contact your local Humane Society or Animal Shelter to find out about their adoption procedures. You can also contact veterinarian offices, pet stores and dog grooming shops. They may know of people looking for dogs.

Does he have leader potential? I really need a good leader, with alot of stamina, but more brains! He also needs to be really friendly, especailly with other dogs and kids. I'm in Michigan though, would you bring him over if he fills these requirments?
