I think i eat fine, but i don't get up to 1200 cals a day and one of my friends told me the other day that i was more anorexic then her sister and i after i had gotten done eating a double cheeseburger from mcdonalds. ok so you tell me if i'm eating ok or if i should eat less or more?
this is what i normally eat:

Breakfast: Big Bowl of Raisen Bran
Lunch: (Varies) soup, sandwich, cliff bar, pancakes, waffles, or cereal
Dinner: Just a big hearty meal with meat, vegetables, and mashed potatoes and gravy! yummy!
Snack: sometimes i'll have a snack and if i do i'll have a cookie, ice cream, or some chips

what do you think?

i eat small portions. like i only take a few chips or a spoonful of ice cream. and only one piece of chicken and a little of everything else.

as long as you eat enough in a day to satisfy your needs without jepordizing your health - you should be okay

Your meals sound pretty good.
I'd add a fruit at breakfast...or a serving of 100% fruit juice.
You could also add a big salad at lunch and/or a fruit. Be sure to get in some protein at lunch!
You could have a mid-day snack as well--usually a protein and a fruit.
Dinner is good!
Your snack is ok, definitely not the best choices though. It's good to have some fat each day. You should try to have something high in protein to help get you through the night.

you're fine! If you're eating all of that food it seems like you're getting maybe more than 1200 calories, but if you have small portions thats great.

Seriously, just do what makes you feel good and healthy. Other people aren't you and don't know what you're doing.

You are eating fine but you need to eat more fruits and veggies etc. Also be sure you are taking a good multivitamin supplement every day.

you sound pretty healthy. but don't starve urself. make sure ur portions arent too small.
