find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Are you male or female? That's going to make difference, as is the fact that you're likely smack in the middle of puberty. Are you really eating all that well? Keep track of what you eat for a few days, the number of calories and the ratio of calories from fat, protein, and carbohydrates. Make sure the carbs include more fiber and fewer sugars, and that most of your calories are coming from protein and carbs (though fat *is* necessary to a healthy diet). How long have you been working out? Visible results take a while to appear - the first thing you are likely to notice is a slight firming of your muscles and a little bit of width loss, but not much, and loss of fat around your face. Weigh yourself regularly, but don't freak out about it - you're likely to drop, and then gain as you add muscle, and then drop again as you lose more fat (remember, muscle burns more claories than fat, but it's also denser).
Be careful, too! You're still young and your body is going to change a lot in the next few years. Make sure you're eating a balanced diet and getting all the proper vitamins and minerals, and no matter how tempting it is, don't cut down past 1,800 Calories per day. Make sure you get enough sleep as well, and don't overwork yourself. Be sure to stretch and train your core muscles (abs and similar), and practice improving your balance, so you don't injure yourself. Drink plenty of fluids while you're working out. If you find that you really, really can't lose weight, go to your doctor and get your thyroid levels checked (and if you're female, get checked for PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). Actually, at your age you should probably tell your doctor what you are doing, and he or she can help you determine whether it's healthy or not.

Well since you already excersize I'm not going to say you should excersize more regularly.

Second Way: Reduce your intake of highly saturated fats! Stop eating those artery-clogging french fries, chicken wings, etc. It's okay to eat them once a week but don't pig out on them. If you normally order a Large Fries, then order Medium one next time.

Third Way: Reduce your intake of Meat Products. That way, you save animals and help benefit your health. It's true that meat has protein and iron, but you can get iron supplements and protein from vegeterian food. I'm not saying you should have a vegeterian diet from now on (even tho I am a vegeterian); I'm just saying you should reduce your intake of meat. So if you eat meat everyday, cut it down to three days a week.

Fourth Way: Eat your fruits and vegetables. I eat three fruits and three vegetables everyday and I think that has worked for me pretty well (I'm 100 pounds ..n no I'm not anoerexic (did I spell that right?)) Anyways, urge your parents to buy more fruit and veggies and include them in your dinner. Even if you don't want to eat as many fruits and veggies as I do, you should atleast have two fruits and two veggies in your diet EACH day. There is good vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, water, and other stuff in there that helps you lose weight.

Fifth Way: Water is a natural appetite suppressant, so developing a good water drinking habit can be a long-term aid in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight. Doctor F. Batmanghelidj MD, author of "Your Body's Many Cries For Water" says most times your “hunger” is your body asking for water – not food. It's also important to remember that when the body is dehydrated, fat cells get "rubbery" and cannot be easily metabolized. This means that it's harder to lose when you don't drink your water.

Sixth Way: Honey and warm water (fast way to lose weight)

Seventh way: Two table spoons of vinegar (also a fast way)

Try all of those things simultaneously and you'll get really great results.

you need to mix it up a bit and push your self harder. what i mean by that is your body plato's after working out for so long because it gets used to the same old routine and it isn't pushing your self... instead of only 30 mins... bump it up to 35 minutes, go up 5 minutes every week.. same with the benching curls and what not, every week kick it up a notch on how much weight.. and BTW, u aren't fat.. u may just need some toning. good luck hun!

You need to space your workouts rather than do the same one's over and over. For example, on Mondays you can work out your arms, chest and upper back area. Tuesdays-Stomach, lower back, etc. Wed, Thurs....up to Sunday something different each day. Your muscles don't develop when you work out, it's actually the time you don't work out that your muscles build, all you're doing when you work out is you're tearing your muscle down, you need to give it time to recover. When you work out your chest everyday, it doesn't have a chance to recover because you're constantly breaking it down, and it most cases it looks the same or smaller, and do different excercises each week. Make a schedule, what types of excercises for Monday through whatever day you decide would be sufficient, and stick to it, but don't work out the same parts everyday. And of course watch what you eat, and make sure you feed your muscles after a work out.
