Why do you believe atheism is a religion? No, they are not.

If the Atheist had absolute knowledge then they could tell us for an absolute fact that there is no God, this is why the honest intellects who don't have faith in the existence of God call themselves Agnostics, who are at least smart enough to know they cannot absolutely refute the existence or not of God, however, the Agnostic is the Greek word for ignoramus, which is the latin word for ignorant which is the English word for somone who does not know.

However, since the Agnostic is a finite being and cannot have absolute knowledge to refute or affirm the existence of God they have three choices:

1) Have faith in no existence of God.
2) Have faith in the existence of God.
3) Remain ignorant.

As far as prophets go, by biblical definition prophets are supposed to speak the truth, which are the words of God. False prophets do not speak the truth or speak half-truths or speak the truth only some of the time, so technically when the Atheist puts faith in the words of someone who is not speaking the truth then they are trusting in a false prophet.

If these Atheists were actually adhering to truth as most of them have been claiming they are doing, first they would realize the truth I have stated above that they are incapable of disproving the existence of an infinite being because they themselves and anyone else who believe as they do are finite creatures with finite knowledge. Hence they and those who tell them God does not exist will always remain ignorant of this fact and thus either they always remain ignorant or they must make an absolute statement of faith (oops this is called religion) that God does not exist. Then anyone they listen too who holds to the same faith that God does not exist is technically a prophet by definition and a false prophet by biblical definition.

Sorry, but you are an idiot. 'Atheist faith' is an oxymoron because atheists LACK faith. Therefore, it pretty much goes without saying that we don't believe there are 'prophets'. Dawkins and Darwin are great scientists, but nothing more than human beings who chose to use the large ball above their neck for something other than ignorance and manipulative propoganda.

Dawkins is a decent spokesman, but hardly a "prophet". Darwin was a scientist who discovered an amazing theory that has been since confirmed over and over again in the last 150 years. He was not a prophet.

There are no "prophets" in ahteism. Atheism is not a "faith". Get a grip, genius.

1/ Atheism is not a faith

2/ Dawkins and Darwin are not Prophets - they are/was scientists

3/ Far from them being at odds with each other Dawkins has developed the studies into evolution in a way that Darwin (and most scientist) would congratulate.

Atheists don't have prophets who dictate what to believe without the evidence to justify it. Richard Dawkins is a scientist and secular atheist who abhors the bigotry espoused by fundamentalist prophets like Jerry Falwell or Pat Robertson.

Atheism and Agnosticism aren't based on faith.
Believing in a sky god invested in human affairs might fit the bill, though.

HA HAHA HA ha ha ha...

That is funny! I love the way atheists/evolutionists claim that they don't buy into things that require faith, and then they go quoting Richard Dawkins! Ah ha haha!

The guy is the "scientists" greatest generator of scientific dogma (given that science does not back the stuff he spews) And they eat it up! and they believe it without proof!- just the words of "scientists"... Cuz you know, if a scientist believes it, it must be scientific and true! ha ha ha ha Great question!

And of course if you quote someone it means that you have absolute faith in them.

It's called citing sources. And we don't automatically believe something just because someone tells us. We practice critical thinking. We don't have blind faith in Darwin, Dawkins or anyone like them. The quality of their work has earned our respect and they will only keep our respect as long as their work continues to be of good quality.

I don't think atheism is a faith. The only thing that ties them together is that they don't believe in God. People that believe the Holocaust happened aren't considered a faith.

And atheists don't have prophets. Your question is laughable.

Why would atheists have prophets? thats something theistically infected types believe in.

Atheism has nothing to do with evolution. Your religious handlers have been feeding you lies again.
