Mac & Cheese
Ingredients:
5 C Lrg. Elbow Macaroni
1/2 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Longhorn Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Mexican Ranchero Cheese, crumbled
1 C Milk
1 1/2 C Crumbled Cheeto’s
Cook the Mac al dente, not quite done
Combine all the Cheeses
Layer Cheese and Mac
Pour in the Milk
Top with Cheeto’s
Bake 45 min. @ 350

Artichoke and Prosciutto Panini
4 ciabatta rolls, halved lengthwise or 4 (6 inch) baguette, halved lengthwise
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
salt & freshly ground black pepper
1/2 lb sliced prosciutto
1 (8 ounce) jar artichoke hearts, drained and flattened slightly
8 arugula leaves
1. Brush the cut sides of the ciabatta with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
2. Layer the prosciutto, artichoke hearts and arugula on the ciabatta and close the panini.
3. Set a large cast-iron skillet or griddle over moderately high heat.
4. Arrange the panini in the skillet and weight them down with a smaller pan.
5. Cook the panini until the outside is crisp and the filling is heated through, 3 minutes per side.
6. Cut the panini in half and serve at once.

jello, pudding, tapioca, tuna salad, chicken salad, potato salad, macaroni salad, macaroni and cheese,marzetti (macaroni pasta with ground beef and whole tomatoes), chilled hard boiled eggs (if the cold or warm temps don't set it off)......

try cup soups with noodles....mashed potato...warm things will feel better than cold...
