I have a ringing in my right ear. It just happened all of a sudden. It happens all the time. And it feels stuffy.

You may have a build up of fluid in your ear, this is very typical when you're suffering from allergies. Go to the doctor and have them check your ear. You might just need to take sudafed or benadryl and you'll be fine.

Usually, ringing in your ear happens after you're exposed to loud noises.

It could be tinnitus then again you may just be getting sick or have an ear infection.

maybe a tiny telephone is in there. pull it out and it wont feel so stuffy
