i stopped working out 3 months ago and still ate the same i feel like i shrunk and i lost 15 pound...did i lose the muscle i worked for?...and for some reason i cant so the same weight i was able to do before

when you stop exercising insulin sensitivity decreases in the muscle cell so nutrient uptake is decreased. when the muscles are not exercised glucose uptake is minimal so the muscles do not feel as full. there typically will be no actual loss of muscle with such a short break from training. your strength will return quickly do to neurological adaptation

yes muscle does shrink,i remember i didnt work out for a month i felt so horrible and my body was getting flabby.but i started working out again and more than before,im getting it back

Take BCAAs - branched chain amino acids - to keep your size on while taking a break from lifting.

It probably atrophied some. ( Atrophy: a wasting or decrease in size of a body organ, tissue, or part which can be due to lack of use).
