Ask your teacher for extra help or a tutoring program offered by your school. If your school doesn't offer a tutoring program ask your parents about getting you a tutor for extra help in the subject. If your parents are still putting too much pressure on you to maintain perfect grades and you feel like they think you should be following in their footsteps to become a Doctor and this is really not what you want for yourself then I would say go and talk to your school counselor. Your counselor may be able to talk to your parents about their behavior and high expectations and coming from another adult they may actually listen, instead of felling like you just aren't trying hard enough cause you don't care. And I'm really sorry you don't hear this at home but good job on that B!!!!! science is a really hard subject in any grade and a B is awsome!!!!

Look science is tough, I know what you mean if you're looking for an easy way out here's one, ask your science teacher for help if you don't understand something, take good notes and review them for a few minutes each day. By the way middle school is nothing I'd be worried about getting a B in High School.

Personally I wouldn't put that kind of pressure on a 12 year old, I would always be ok with B's as long as A's are mixed in. They just want you to succeed. Do the best you can, but you need to TRULY do that, understanding that you are developing skills you will need to be successful in school and your career. It doesn't matter so much that you actually remember what one proton does in relation to a neutron, it matters more that you are making your brain think about it and grabbing the discipline necessary to stop and think through a process.

You should talk to your parents about it... I use to hide my report card from my parents.. because i had low grades...
Another thing is that do you think you would be being doc when you grow up... and You should get to make your decision.. Tell them that you did your best at the test and tell them that you need help in scienece.. Or talk to them about your furture.. Your parents would support you know matter what...
You should be fine.. just talk to them... it nothing big taking away ipod or few days not going out or watching tv...

Bplus is okay.It sounds like your parents are perfectionists. It may be that science is not your thing.A b- is fine.I am sure that your parents will not get angry. If your conscience is clearand you have studied for your tests then you should not have a problem.Have you asked for tutoring?Talk to a counsellor.

I would tell you to study your tail off. I don't thinkyou are as bad as you claim. Your English is good. You know how to use the computer. Maybe you are just looking for the easy way out.
