I Love you is "Khyum sralien ouen" pronounced Kee-yum Sraa-line own. Khyum means "I" -- sralien means "love" -- ouen is a shortened version of the word 'paoeun' which means younger (as in younger brother or younger sister) and is used by the male towards his wife or fiancee (Cambodians do not have boyfriends/girlfriends and go straight from single to engaged). If it is a woman saying it to her husband/fiance then the word is "Bong", ( as in older brother/ older sister).

Unfortunately I do not know how to say I hate you
