What's funny is that I just installed front speakers into a '94 Honda Accord this morning.

The factory front speakers are technically 5 1/4", but they're built with a fairly wide mounting plate so most after-market 6 1/2" speakers will drop right in. The factory speakers are mounted on a plastic factory adapter; you can mount your new speakers onto the same adapter, but you may have to cut it out a bit. This morning I removed the stock adapter altogether and mounted my new speakers directly to the door metal, but with some 6 1/2" speakers you'd need a spacer for depth.

The rear speakers are basically a 6 1/2" speaker mounted in a 6x9" plate. Again, you can drop in most after-market 6 1/2" speakers with no problems; you can try 6x9"s, but it might take a little extra work to make them fit well.

The '94 Accord Coupe and Sedan will take either 5 1/4 or 6 1/2 inch speakers in the front doors, and either 6 1/2 or 6x9 inch speakers in the rear deck.
