how can i be less insecure???

its killing me , i am very insuecure because my girl has lied more than 3 times i really like her but i want to get this insecurity out of the way......

The big issue is, first, does she own the bad behavior and is she willing to work on building trust in you?
If that's happened, and she is taking responsibility, then the problem is you and the struggle you are having inside.
That is a hard issue to settle, though because how long you need to get over it is in proportion to how bad the lies are. If we are talking BIG lies then you are going to need time to get over the hurt. The time is what it is and she needs to be ready to hang in there.
If you are dwelling on little things then the issue might really be that you are controlling.

The bottom line is that this requires some mature behavior on both parts. Both of you have to take responsibility for whatever bad things you are doing, and realize that the consequences of these things take time to heal.

if the reason you're insecure is b/c your girlfriend has lied to you, then it means you have nothing to be insecure about. just because she's lied to you doesn't mean there's anything wrong with her. have you thought about it? maybe it's something wrong with her. i know that's not the nicest thing to hear, especially since you like her and are willing to stay with her even when she's lied to you, but you really have to remember there's nothing wrong with you. that's why you shouldn't even be insecure in the first place. i think you should just talk to her about it and hopefully, it'll make you feel better

In a situation like that, it is very hard not to be insecure. She has cheated and now you figure that it is something you did or that there's something you don't have that they do....well, it's not going to go away. Once someone keeps cheating on you, they will never quit and once you get rid of her, you'll be rid of your insecurities.

try to look at yourself three times a day and say, " I am proud of me," then, just try to look at the reasons why your girlfriend would lie to you, and confront her. if anything, she should be insecure around you. you sound like a nice, cool guy, and she is lucky she is even with you. good luck, i was insecure too.

be confident! Well in your case that is understandable but dude if she did it once its acceptable twice maybe its fine but helloooo 3x? Pls be reminded that in a relation you should consider 3 things that is Love,trust and respect absence of any of them the relationship will not be succesful...

you cant, you're cautious. that's good. you'll grow out of it. you'll never understand girls and they grow up to be complicated women, then go on antidepressant drugs, lose their sex drive, file for divorce, take half your money and the house and then you'll be single, half broke and happy...

Start treating women like mud....become an alcholic, woman-beating, cheating, lieing prick and you will have women dripping from your arms...not the right women...but they will resemble females at least.
