I am not a Jew, but I understand that Jews often might have problems with putting a case for themselves as to how they might not be demons. So let allow this gentile to say a few words in their favour.

The problem with Judeo / Christian relations lies in the central Christian belief that God abandoned and cursed His chosen people when they failed to recognise Jesus as the Messiah. They are also reputed to have killed him in what I (as non-Jew) consider to a vicious slander and blood libel: it was of course the Romans who killed him, as they had killed any troublemaker in their Empire. To add to this, one of Gospels has them running down the road yelling “His Blood be on us”, that is, literally cursing themselves! As one commentator recently noted, if the writer of this single verse could have comprehended how many thousands of innocent persons would be put to death through its imputation, how many would be tortured and oppressed, how many children would weep how many oceans of tears as they were persecuted and maligned, then they would perhaps have thought more carefully about it.

For in the end, the poisonous teaching concerning Jews in the Christian tradition cannot simply be swept aside, or philosophised away. The blood libel of some Christian passages are still on the books, in the most mischievous reading of the ancient Jews attitude to Christians, which remembers “We want Barabbas!” but forgets the large crowds of Jews lining the roads to greet him, barely three days beforehand, on what we know as Palm Sunday. And so it went down the ages, pogroms and exclusion and prejudice. You put these “Christ killers” in a ghetto, and then you have contempt for them because they live in a ghetto. You don’t let them go to University or practice in the Professions, and then you despise them for selling you clothes, and playing clowns in theatres. You threaten them with every kind of harm, and then you think they look at you suspiciously. Finally, someone like Hitler comes along, and although this man was the supreme example of a Nationalistic Pagan, he was crafty enough to use the old prejudices against them: “They killed Jesus - let’s kill them.”

And still today, although the most arrant and noxious of the propaganda against the Hebrew people has been prohibited, there are questions like the ones here. It might be remembered that it was the Christians who hijacked the Jewish faith, taking everyone from Adam to Abraham to David, all supremely Jewish figures of an entirely Jewish epic mythology and ancient tradition, and simply declared it all to belong to them and to be for them. What an absurdity it all seems when you look at it with fresh eyes. And how shameful! Frankly, David, Jebadiah, Ninevah, all that Semitic stuff means very little to me. At Sunday School all this stuff occurred in something called “The Holy Land” whose characters had the most ambiguous and vague connection to being Jewish at all. It was only years later that I got a handle that the Bible is a JEWISH book, not a Christian one. When I see those good ole boys in Texas a’hollerin and a’hootin about events and people from Leviticus, prancing and sweating on the stage with their piggy little eyes fit to bust, I think what on Earth does any of this Judaic material have to do with them. Personally, they HATE Jews, mistrust them, have no appreciation or genuine interest in their culture, would never think to go and ask a rabbi when some dispute might arise as to what a particular piece of Judaic text, written in Hebrew, and meant entirely for Jews might mean. They and their forbears have reinvented and reimagined all this Semitic folklore as if it was a piece of old Montana from a few years back. The whole thing is surreal!

And as for the Second Coming, concerning which I am sure we will hear a huge amount until about the 2030, when it hopefully might die down, and people might get a grip on the tremendous notion, that the human race are not a bunch of babies to be saved from themselves. No, they must go out and do the job for themselves. As per usual, the long-suffering Jews, who typically have refrained from venting their feelings at being vilified yet again, have answered the question of the Messiah and his vaunted reappearance with the kind of salty wit and perception so lacking amongst so many gentiles. “When the Messiah comes back”, one Rabbi said, “We will ask Him, Master, did You come here earlier, some two thousand years ago, or is this Your first visit?” It is precisely this kind of wisdom that makes me take up the cause on their behalf. People who can say something like that, really have something going for them.

With the new “religious” revival in the U.S., and a revival full of avarice, greed, war-mongering, and contempt for others (have a look at what passes for Knowledge on the book for born-againers – Conservapedia) we are once more regaled as to how you can tell a real Jew from a Satanic demon. Let me try to answer it this way, Stargazer.

I would have imagined that someone who rejoices in the sobriquet “Stargazer” would be more concerned with a consciousness of matters elevated and transcendent, to do with the music of the spheres and love, rather than what you so flippantly bring us here today, a matter which to put it plainly is dishonourable and vacuous and filthy. Let us suppose you have a child one day, and that child regularly comes home crying, with his/her nose bloodied, and with strings of spittle down their long fine hair, but much more hurt inside at what the other children at school call him/her - a weirdo / a freak / different / not from here / ugly / a pervert / a demon. Imagine how you might feel. Try to imagine real hard.

Now, what was your question again?

A Jewish person (by Blood) according to the bible and today's custom is any child born of a Jewish mother.

However by religion, any one who studies the Torah and meets their standards can become Jewish Religion (ie, Sammy Davis Jr.)

Jewish Men don't count as they may sleep around with any one, an example is Ishmael was to Abraham and HAGAR (A servant of Abraham and a handmaiden of Sarah). Ishmael was sent away. he also sent, his other sex sons by Keturah his 2nd wife to the east. Genesis 25:2.

"ABRAHAM TOOK another wife, and her name was Keturah. (And Keturah she bore him six more sons; Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah. These six sons were sent to the East (becoming the Arab nation).

{ Verse 6 - But to the sons of his concubines (2nd rated wives )- [Hagar and Keturah, Abraham gave gifts, and while he was still living he sent them to the east country, away from Isaac, his son of promise}. These sons became the Arab nation.

And Abraham gave all that he had to Isaac. So According to scripture it is of the mother. read or do a search and you'll see. jews are all over the world (see Rev.7).

Interesting...where does the Bible give that warning? I'd like to read it.

Real Jews (for me) should have a heart to follow G-d's Law and commandments, especially the greatest commandment....I would Refer to John 1. "They are the children not of a human father, but G-d Himself was their Father."

When Jesus met His disciple Nathanael for the first time He greeted him thus: "Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom is nothing false" (John 1:47)
Paul in Romans says this: "A man is not a Jew if he is only one outwardly, nor is circumcision merely outward and physical; but one is a true Jew who is one inwardly, whose circumcision is of the heart, in the spirit, and not merely in the letter of the law; whose praise is not from men, but from God." (Romans 2:28,29)
The Jews were God's chosen people. Therefore the Gospel was first extended to them. Many believed and became followers of the Lord Jesus; but the nation as a whole became hardened against the Gospel and came under the wrath of God. The Gospel was then extended to the Gentiles (non-Jews), and these who were once excluded from God's promises became "fellow citizens with God's people and members of God's household." (Ephesians 2:19)
Nevertheless the Bible foretells a soon coming day when God will be reconciled to His rebellious Jewish people, when Jesus returns, and they will "mourn over Him, as one mourns over an only son, and they will weep bitterly over Him, like the bitter weeping over a firstborn." (Zechariah 12:10)
Many Jews are coming to faith in the Lord Jesus today, and many Messianic fellowships have appeared and seek to worship Jesus without forsaking their Jewishness. I refer you to just one such fellowship located in Tel Aviv, Israel. They can be reached at: http://www.dugit.org/
Shalom!

They are real Jewish that God is talking about but their temples and houses of worship are what God calls Synagogue of Satan. They have forgotten their God and they have worshipped another God in form of materialism, money and the world of fleshy entertainment.

I think that was in reference to John the Baptist's saying to the Pharisees and the Sadusees, "And do not presume to say to yourselves, 'We have Abraham as our father,' for I tell you, God is able from these stones to raise up children for Abraham." (Matthew 3:9) and Jesus saying, "If you were Abraham's children, you would be doing what Abraham did" (John 8:39).

I know of NO WHERE in the bible that says that. However, the bible does say a lot about watching out for false believers and false teachers. Some one please correct me, if I'm wrong.
