Just think for a second, please.

Jesus ascended (To go or move upward; rise)

Where did he go? When he leaves the Earths atmosphere, where to now?

I thought Heaven was outside of time & space

they saw him 'ascend' but as far as leaving the atmosphere... i think the spiritual world where Jesus is, in heaven... is a dimension rather than a physical place... hmmmmmm, i havent thought of it like that before... good question!

He went to heaven, beyond any galaxy we can see or understand. When one ascends it may not mean in the literal sense,we can ascend in our minds to a higher level of thinking. It does not mean our mind ascends out of our brains.Lest one has gone to heaven we will not know until we are there.

Use your brain. Not everything is literal.

And they call Christians shallow.

That also depends on what time it is since "UP" is always changing. HAHA
