There are plenty of laboratories where you can have a DNA paternity test done. All that is needed is a swab or scrapping from inside your mouth and that of the child, done by the lab or your doctor. The test should come back within a week or two.

Please remind this person that if he does get a court order for a paternity test and it turns out that he IS indeed the father, he will be required to pay support. It will be a difficult situation for all involved (the woman, the child, the husband, and the father).
If the child is not born yet, please also know that in many states if the woman is married, the husband will be listed as the father on the birth certificate regardless of actual paternity (as very few paternity tests are done via amnio because of the risks). I'm not sure if this changes if/when blood tests prove otherwise.
Good luck.

I am assuming that she doesn't want to do it because she is married right??? If so he can get a court order for a paternity test. Just go to the courthouse and they will give you the proper paperwork
