I want to be healthier. I drink water, milk, and I eat pretty healthy. like I dont eat junk food....my mom doesn't let me.....and I don't really like pop because it hurts my throat. I excersize almost everyday on treadmill about 30mins~1hour depending on homework and how much anime I wanna watch and manga I wanna read and manga I wanna draw....I like my fruits and most veggies but I WANNA BE EVEN HEALTHIER! or would that in turn make me unhealthy? One of my friends told me that. My aunts are really healthy, dont eat any fried stuff only soy and goats milk.......no peanuts for my cousic since if gives him bleeding noses, natural medicine, go to natropathic doctor etc. SO ANY SUGGESTIONS?

don't drive yourself crazy eating healthy is almost like a way of life . for starters some say start by limiting red meats , so eat beans to get the protien instead then try eating more vegitables, perhaps juice them a few times per week until you get use to it , keep away from starchy foods as much because starch turns into sugar in you body starch foods are potatoes of any kind pasta rice these things are all ok if you eat veggies with them and try to eat 3 or so hours before you sleep try to drink after you eat so that your stomach acids can work on the food without too much dilution as sip or two is ok but save the water for about 30 minutes now my uncle is an vegatarian he says a bowel movement should happen 3 to 4 times a day when you body is working perfectly and they should take no more than when you go to urinate.1 min or less

Man, I wish I could say that! It sounds like you are plenty healthy to me. Drink lots of water and never eat any sugar because you get all the sugar you need from fruit, juices, and as an additive in things like catsup, etc. Protein - the body needs protein so do add some meat or protein substitute to the list and you should be fine.

you purely would desire to be careful approximately conserving adequate protein, iron, and B-12 on your nutrition plan. complete meals sells a "Vegan Iron" complement, its style of costly. determine which you do envision the aspects of any complement you're taking extremely some supplementations have 'Gelatin" in them, that could be a pig product. as long as you get all 9 of the amino acids you like (tofu fyi, is an entire protein, which means it has all 9 amino acids), being a lacto-vegetarian is a large theory to become greater healthy! you would be residing greater effective and saving lives! thank you to bypass :) !!!

sounds like your eating habits aren't so bad, so the other major component of health is exercise. Include both strength and aerobic training (or playing sports)

Get enough sleep.

Don't forget to top this of with a good self image of yourself. And why do you do this ,,to look like someone else or to please someone? if it is you'll never be satisfied unless you start doing this to be who you are and personal satisfaction.
