According the Tanakh, G_d deals with gentiles sometimes by way of dreams.
Ge 31:24 (Hebrew Names Version)
G_ came to Lavan, the Arammian, in a dream of the night, and said to him, "Take heed to yourself that you don't speak to Ya`akov either good or bad."
Ge 40:6-13 (Hebrew Names Version)
6 Yosef came in to them in the morning, and saw them, and, saw that they were sad. 7 He asked Par`oh's officers who were with him in custody in his master's house, saying, "Why do you look so sad today?" 8 They said to him, "We have dreamed a dream, and there is no one who can interpret it." Yosef said to them, "Don't interpretations belong to God? Please tell it to me." 9 The chief butler told his dream to Yosef, and said to him, "In my dream, behold, a vine was in front of me, 10 and in the vine were three branches. It was as though it budded, its blossoms shot forth, and the clusters of it brought forth ripe grapes. 11 Par`oh's cup was in my hand; and I took the grapes, and pressed them into Par`oh's cup, and I gave the cup into Par`oh's hand." 12 Yosef said to him, "This is the interpretation of it: the three branches are three days. 13 Within three more days, Par`oh will lift up your head, and restore you to your office. You will give Par`oh's cup into his hand, the way you did when you were his butler.
There are, I am sure, other occasions of this, and you will find in the Tanakh that G_d intends to allow gentiles to partake of covenant relationship with Him. Take a look at Prophet Isaiah:
Isaiah 60:1-10
1 Arise, shine; for your light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen on you. 2 For, behold, darkness shall cover the eretz, and gross darkness the peoples; but the LORD will arise on you, and his glory shall be seen on you. 3 Nations shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. 4 Lift up your eyes round about, and see: they all gather themselves together, they come to you; your sons shall come from far, and your daughters shall be carried in the arms. 5 Then you shall see and be radiant, and your heart shall thrill and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, the wealth of the nations shall come to you. 6 The multitude of camels shall cover you, the dromedaries of Midyan and `Efah; all they from Sheva shall come; they shall bring gold and frankincense, and shall proclaim the praises of the LORD. 7 All the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered together to you, the rams of Nevayot shall minister to you; they shall come up with acceptance on my altar; and I will glorify the house of my glory. 8 Who are these who fly as a cloud, and as the doves to their windows?
9 Surely the isles shall wait for me, and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring your sons from far, their silver and their gold with them, for the name of the LORD your God, and for the Holy One of Yisra'el, because he has glorified you. 10 Foreigners shall build up your walls, and their kings shall minister to you: for in my wrath I struck you, but in my favor have I had mercy on you.
Hope this helps.

Personally I think so.
Who is to say that Buddha was not divinely inspired or that Zoroaster was not a prophet?
I know it says that their were prophets among other nations, but who and to what extent I dont know.
Admittedly I have not had the nerve to ask this question out right.

In my opinion, I feel that G-d has created all major world religions in an attempt to heighten spirituality in large groups of people. I feel that Judaism is the most valid and consistent form of devotion. All other religions have been "tailored" to the groups of people in the regions to be more "acceptable" to them.
