Foods that have high fiber content such as whole grain breads could be helpful but I would recommend trying to keep hydrated by drinking a lot of water and other juices and get in to see your dr to have this evaluated to try and figure out what could be causing this.

use the BRAT diet. this is commonly recommended for kids when they get diarrhia. Eat Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, and Toast. These will help to plug you up a bit, also remember to drink enough fluids. Hope you feel better:)

You need to go on the BRAT diet. Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Tea. Yogurt works well for this too.

Rice really works well. But it works better if you steam it.
