Do not use any aftershave or bodyspray or hair gel. Anything with a fragrance will attract bees, and other bugs. If you are to be in an area, for a length of time, which contain bees and mosquitoes, then provide them with an alternative, such as a partially empty soft drink can, or some fruit like oranges, that you slice into quarters. Use this as a lure to direct them away from yourself.
